Administration Officer – Contractor Manager

What you’ll do

• Use Monday.com to manage the overall contractor process

• Provide project updates to the team (cant format correctly but these dot points to look same as above)

• Manage all contractor records (cant format correctly but these dot points to look same as above)

• Make phone calls to contractors

• Request and record required safety documents

What you’ll need

• Confidence on the phone
• Strong organisational and follow up skills
• Interest and ability to learn the Monday.com system
• Ability to work independently from home

Who you are

You are an experienced administration officer who enjoys working independently whilst being supported by a remote team. You are passionate about delivering high quality outcomes for clients and enjoy the challenge of using technology, Microsoft Office and managing your own workload and competing priorities.

You’ll be a great fit if you have

• Strong administration or document management experience
• Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn about Monday.com
• The ability to work independently while staying connected with a remote team
• Have the ability to prioritise and manage your workload
