OH&S Field Officer

What you’ll do

• Visit farms & facilitate safety meetings & inductions
• Help clients formalise their on-farm safety systems and practices
• Utilise our digital safety platform to manage all aspects of safety
• Conduct safety audits and develop safety support materials
• Work closely with the broader PDV Safety Compliance team

Who you are

You’ve got experience in OH&S and agriculture, love building relationships, speaking with groups and is passionate about safety. You are proactive, organised, confident and enjoy working independently.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

• Have experience or qualifications in OH&S, Agriculture, or a related field
• Enjoy working independently and building relationships with farmers
• Communicate clearly and have a practical, down-to-earth approach
• Are confident using technology to manage reporting and client communication
• Hold a valid driver’s licence and are willing to travel locally

• Create and format professional safety documentation for clients
• Use our digital safety system to manage client information and compliance tasks
• Respond to client enquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Use Microsoft Word and Monday.com to manage documents and workspaces
• Work closely with the broader PDV Safety Compliance team

You are passionate about delivering high quality outcomes for clients and enjoy the challenge of using technology, Microsoft Office and managing your own workload and competing priorities.

• Strong administration or document management experience
• Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn about Monday.com
• The ability to work independently while staying connected with a remote team
• Have the ability to prioritise and manage your workload

What you’ll do

• Use Monday.com to view contractor lists and track progress
• Make follow-up phone calls to contractors
• Request and record required safety documents
• Update the system with received information

• Confidence on the phone
• Strong organisation and follow-up skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently from home
