Renee grew up on a dairy farm in Northern Victoria. With experience as a field officer and safety professional, she is passionate about creating tailored workplace safety solutions for businesses and so founded PDV Safety Compliance in 2019.
Sarah grew up in Northern Victoria and has worked in the dairy industry for the past 11 years, encompassing both industry and on-farm roles. She has experience in farm safety and human resource management on farms and is passionate about creating safe workplaces.
Emily joined PDV Safety Compliance in December 2023, bringing over a decade of experience in client management and a strong commitment to community engagement. Emily is known for her proactive approach to problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex client needs with efficiency and professionalism.
Based in Victoria’s Western Districts along the Great Ocean Road, Lauren helps run their family 600-cow dairy farm. With years of hands-on experience in the dairy industry and running a successful business, Lauren understands the importance of safety in the workplace and strives to maintain high standards across all operations.
